You may book rooms with us after
deducting TAC from the advance received by you from the guests and remit the
balance amount to us. We do not book more then 7 rooms on any one day - hence if
you need more rooms for your group/guests then please give us the choice to book
reminder of the rooms in any other Hotel comparable to our classification i.e.
two star status. Our Telephone and Fax are open all the 24 Hrs. Guaranteed
confirmation of booking will be done only on receipt of one day’s room rent in
advance. Please send DD in favour of Hotel Pankaj drawn on Indian Overseas Bank
Chandigarh. In case of cancellation of booking you have to intimate us 5 days
before actual booking date otherwise our cancellation charges are as follows :-
25% of rental of rooms booked, if booking
is cancelled 4-2 days before the actual booking.
50% of rental of rooms booked, if booking
is cancelled 2-0 days before the actual booking.
